Reishi, or Ganoderma lucidum, is considered one of the most sacred and highly regarded medicinal fungi in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is often referred to as the ‘mushroom of immortality’ because of its ability to improve immune health and aid longevity. Its common name in TCM, Ling Zhi, translates as “spiritual mushroom”.
